    The successful candidate will provide superior service to our guests while proactively seeking out opportunities to meet and exceed guest expectations. As a member of the Security team you’ll create fun and excitement for guests, promote the property’s’ events and promotions, and always be of service.


    You’ll maintain highly visible patrols to ensure a safe gaming experience while protecting property and assets and  effectively maintaining public order and enforcing safety rules.


    You’ll actively patrol sections/floors and ensure you’re providing quality support to other departments and team members. You’ll investigate issues as they arise and report accidents and incidents in both written and verbal form. You’ll collect and compile investigation information as needed and write detailed reports as required for incidents involving law violations and/or violations of company policy and procedure.


    • Exceptional customer service skills including the ability to initiate positive interactions with guests and employees
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to handle stressful situations while dealing with the general public with tact and diplomacy. Ability to identify and quickly respond to potential problems and conflicts and defend self and others in combative situations.
    • Valid Louisiana driver’s license with good driving record and the ability to operate company motor vehicles in a safe manner.
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to obtain and retain a Louisiana Gaming Badge
    • Must be at least 21 years of age

    Working conditions

    • Ability to work in an environment with varying temperature extremes, which may be noisy and/or have excessive cigarette smoke
    • Ability to run on level surfaces, as well as, up and down stairs
    • Ability to effectively and efficiently move around all work areas including walking and standing for long periods of time
    • Ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas including confined spaces



    Shifts/Schedule Availability

    Day Shift: 5:45 am to 2:15 pm
    Swing Shift: 1:45 pm to 10:15 pm
    Grave Shift: 9:45 pm to 6:15 am
