Establishes, promotes, and maintains security and property protection programs by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service programs with each guest and Cast Member you may come in contact with (eye contact, greeting, goodbye as a departure).
- Maintain activities such as fire prevention and fire fighting, traffic control, guarding and patrolling physical property, orienting and monitoring of personnel involved with classified information, and investigation of accidents and criminal acts.
- Produce reports on all investigations.
- Enforces Responsible Gaming and Self Exclusion program.
- Checks guest identifications in conjunction with established policies and procedures.
- Provides a safe, secure and comfortable environment for all internal and external customers.
- Must be able to deal with a wide variety of people and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned.
