ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service Program with each guest and employee you may meet.
Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
Provide exemplary customer service.
Supervises the Slot Attendants, including ongoing training, coaching, counseling and rewarding performance, conducting timely performance appraisals, and completing related paperwork and maintaining cast member files and documents in a secure office.
May be assigned to particular Slot Attendants depending on shifts assigned.
Monitor the flow of the Slot Attendants on the floor, ensure that there is proper coverage in all areas; redirect staff when needed to ensure proper floor coverage.
Oversees the various functions of casino operation for a regular shift as assigned.
Within the realm of the responsibility of the job, maintains a clean and safe work environment. Report cleanliness problems and ensures resolution. Performs duties in compliance with safety procedures including use of safety equipment.
Incumbents are responsible for following safety procedures, identifying unsafe practices or conditions and informing their supervisor or the Safety Committee of unsafe conditions, as directed.
Acts as a resource to team members and patrons when unusual circumstances arise, or when there are safety or security concerns.
Acts as a verifier for certain slot-related transactions.
Ensures guest comfort and ensures that Slot cast members and other cast members perform their duties in accordance with their position description and service guarantees.
Flexible workweek with possible additional hours required.
Responsible for ensuring that all Cast Members follow security policies and procedures and reports all violations.
Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
A minimum age of 21. High School diploma or equivalent required. Three or more years of recent and related casino experience, preferably in slot operations preferred. Two or more years of related managerial experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must qualify for licensing by the Maryland Gaming Commission.
