The ideal candidate will be a person who effectively monitors all areas of the property and closely observes the activities of the casino. Your daily responsibilities include: observing all casino operations via surveillance cameras and taping any potential cheating infractions. Operating all surveillance computer equipment. Monitoring/patrolling all areas of the facility through the pan, tilt and zoom cameras and recording all pertinent activity on the video recording systems. Logs and marks recordings and files them in one of several repositories depending on the activity depicted. Notifying appropriate staff when infractions, cheating, etc. are observed. Reporting improper activity or disturbances to supervisor or security team for further investigation. Completing daily activity report, noting any pertinent facts. Ensuring compliance with applicable state gaming regulations. Maintaining all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each guest and cast member. Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess computer skills; working knowledge of surveillance equipment and digital recording systems preferred. Must operate under strict confidentiality and fraternization policies due to the nature of work performed. Must be able to work in a low light environment. Must qualify for licensing by Maryland Gaming Commission.
