To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. High School diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; and/or three years related slot operations or security/ law enforcement experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge required, advanced computer knowledge preferred.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret routine business documents. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Must have professional/business writing skills and can compose and complete Guest Safety reports, medical reports, and business analysis. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
