Join our team as a Cook in the Epic Buffet where you will be responsible for prep, cooking, organizing, display and serving guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
You will provide fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to culinary team members and buffet guests as you greet each guest approaching your station as you maintain current and accurate information regarding food items (i.e., preparation techniques, seasonings, ingredients), prepare food items per guest order, and employ proper cooking methods
You will cook to specifications, and handle, store and rotate food properly in accordance with established health and safety standards. As a trained cook you will slice, dice, chop and prepare raw products; carve meats, portion food on serving plates, add gravies and sauces, and garnish plates as required
As a member of the culinary team, you will wipe counter areas, sinks and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work station; maintain cleanliness of designated areas; maintain par levels of operating supplies and food product. You will operate and maintain all equipment and utensils
You will work 3 to 4 shifts per week.
7 AM to 3 PM (approximate)
Available to work required schedule which can include weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
