    Your daily responsibilities include:

    • Exercise discretion and independent judgment within the Casino Host functions
    • Work independently on player development
    • Devote majority of time in the casino providing personalized service to the guests
    • Identify and develop personal relationships with new and first time guests
    • Achieve outlined sales targets in alignment with casino Operational and Marketing goals
    • Communicate constantly with Casino Game operations and other Casino Marketing cast members
    • Contact guests personally and/or send correspondence to invite them to enjoy amenities and/or to special events
    • Issue complimentary offerings based on player ratings
    • Promote casino marketing programs via telemarketing
    • Follow all safety rules
    • Adhere to departmental quality standards
    • Maintain compliance with the Gaming Board Rules, Standards and the company's System of Internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
    • Work within the guidelines established by the company
    • May be required to perform duties outside of normal job description where in the Company’s judgment it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved customer service

    MD Gaming License

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:

    • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred not required
    • One or more years’ experience casino/hotel, customer service, host or other account management experience (or comparable sales experience)
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
    • Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests
    • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
