As a working supervisor, you will provide excellent customer service to all guests while enrolling new members and informing members of benefits, contests, promotions and services. You’ll enroll patrons into the Players Club, issue Players Club cards, maintain accurate player tracking information, and assist the Marketing Department with all casino promotions. May work the main bank as assigned.
You’ll process cash transactions for casino customers and employees including cashing TITO tickets, personal checks, travelers checks, exchange currency and processing cash advances. You’ll be extremely detail oriented to ensure accuracy and accountability while minimizing/eliminating variances in order to safeguard casino assets.
Responsible for scheduling, coaching for success, and providing direction to all team members.
Must be knowledgeable and comply with Title 31 and SARC regulations.
Qualified candidates will be at least 21 years of age with a HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years previous cage cashier/player services experience; prior lead or supervisory experience is a plus!
Excellent keyboarding and math skills required.
Must qualify for a gaming permit as issued by the Louisiana Gaming Commission.
Physically mobile with ability to stand for up to 8 hours (steel floor) and possess the ability to regularly push/pull up to 100 lbs (with assistance). Ability to bend, reach, twist, stoop and crouch.
Must be able to work in environment with exposure to second hand smoke, loud noises, and bright lights.
Primarily swing and grave shift; MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS!
