  • Responsibilities

    The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for oversight of landside F&B operations (Celebrity Grill, Epic Buffet) and will also work effectively across the entirety of the property supporting Beverage operations and casino F&B venues (Take Two Deli). Responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience, you will be able to forecast, plan and manage F&B operations, staff and finance while maximizing revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.


    Manage day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards including establishing targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures. Directly responsible for all FOH operations with indirect responsibility for BOH operations including partnering with the Executive Chef and other culinary staff. Share responsibility of overall outlet budgets, profit and loss statements, cost analysis, planning and promotions with back of house management. Ensure regulatory, internal controls and policy and procedure compliance.


    Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service; identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to concerns


    Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented team members. Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork


    Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university preferred with 3 years supervisory/management experience including knowledge of food cost and labor analysis.


    Excellent interpersonal, customer service, leadership, communication, team building and problem solving skills. Possess strong oral and written communication skills with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).



    Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.


    Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays (all shifts…24/7)
