Casino Operations


  • Monitoring the flow of the Slot Attendants on the floor, ensure that there is proper coverage in all areas; redirect staff when needed to ensure proper floor coverage.


  • Supervising the Slot Service Attendants, including ongoing training, coaching, counseling and rewarding performance, conducting timely performance appraisals, and completing related paperwork.


  • Promoting and maintaining all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each guest and cast member.


  • Following all company and department policies and procedures.


  • Overseeing the various functions of casino operation for a regular shift as assigned. 


  • Promoting and maintaining all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service Program with each guest and cast member you come in contact with.


  • Acting as a resource to team members and guest when unusual circumstances arise, or when there are safety or security concerns.


  • Verifying certain slot-related transactions.


  • Ensuring guest comfort and ensures that Slot team members and other team members perform their duties in accordance with their position description and service guarantees.


  • Responsible for ensuring that all Cast Members follow security policies and procedures and reports all violations.


  • Other duties as assigned.


Three or more years of related casino experience, preferably in slot operations preferred.  Two or more years of related managerial experience.

Must qualify for licensing by Maryland Gaming Commission
