You will be responsible for greeting guests in a friendly, upbeat, and positive manner as you take their orders, prepare their food, answer questions, and ring up orders/process transactions.
As a Lead Cook you will relieve line cooks as needed and will also be responsible for giving direction, assigning tasks, following up with task completion, and being a strong line of communication between the Manager and Take Two Deli staff.
You will maintain inventory levels including stocking and restocking product in the deli and will also work to ensure quality levels of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained.
Must be 21 years of age with previous experience in a quick-service restaurant or other kitchen; preferably in a Lead role. Must be familiar with all phases of food preparation and production methods.
Physically mobile including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces. Must be able to walk distances throughout the duration of the shift and stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
Must be able to work in environment with exposure to second hand smoke, loud noises, and bright lights.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays!
