Join the Hollywood Casino team and manage our 24/7 Take Two Deli (casino) while ensuring guests receive high quality food and an exceptional experience. The Manager is responsible for overall operations, budgeting, inventory and adherence to high quality service standards. Will hire, train and develop Deli employees. Must be flexible and able to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
Bachelor's degree with 3 years experience in managing a F&B venue or an equivalent combination of education/experience. Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching, team building and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of menu planning, inventory management and food & labor costs. Must be able to continuously stand and/or walk throughout an entire shift; able to continuously reach, bend, lift, and carry. Work environment includes bright lights, noise and second-hand smoke.
