You will…

  • Develop and sustain relationships with the casino guests via personal interaction, telephone contact, invitations to private events, marketing, and other activities. Attend special events both on and off property; participate in the planning and execution of events with other members of the Marketing team.
  • Answer all guest queries as well as those of team members; offer solutions for customer complaints.
  • Evaluate player's play for comping needs while managing and increasing rate of play and furthering customer loyalty.


You will be at ease and enthusiastic when approaching patrons and establishing new guest relationships. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communications skill, have strong organizational skills and function with tact, discretion and diplomacy. You will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a minimum of 3 years related Casino experience; or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Twenty-one (21) years of age or older and able to obtain and maintain a Louisiana Gaming License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word) and experience with player tracking systems
  • Physically mobile including ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time; able to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Able to work in a work environment with airborne particles, fumes, bright lights and noise.

MUST be able to work nights, weekends and holidays – primarily swing shift although schedule may vary.
