Responsibilities

  • Encourages and gets results from peers/players to have fun
  • Proven ability to accommodate the Slot Service Ambassador position
  • Pro-actively encourage players to have fun and enhance players’ experience
  • Responsible for recognizing and explaining simple CI/CO/TOTI jams
  • Proactively celebrate and encourage Publicity releases for appropriate jackpots
  • Enthusiastically celebrates jackpots with guest and co-workers by singing, dancing, getting surrounding guests to join in, by wearing funny items or other activities to elevate the excitement levels
  • Actively looking for players who have questions and/or issues with games
  • Encourages the priority of lights: 1) Change, 2) Hopper/Ticket Fills, 3) Jackpots, all of which are mandated by tier status
  • Actively try to encourage positive interactions with both players and co-workers
  • Initiate interactions rather than waiting for lights
  • Use every opportunity to promote events and promotions
  • Ensuring that the player receives all around great service
  • Actively patrolling sections/floor looking for interaction opportunities
  • Rarely is seen congregating with co-workers
  • Actively involved with pre-shift sessions, offering feedback and being a positive influence
  • Working the floor with a sense of urgency, answering calls from dispatch while still maintaining the ability to build relationships
  • Promoting card utilization
  • Having the ability to read open/closed players and adapting the delivery to enhance their experience
  • Demonstrates consistent support of management and company decisions
  • Ability to personalize their service to the player without appearing to be scripted
  • Represents The company in a fun, exciting and professional manner
  • Focuses on enhancing casino experience and creating perception of luck, action and excitement
  • Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor and enjoy interactions with players
  • Must have a proven track record of personally providing excellent customer service
  • Process taxable up to $4,999, with a full comprehension of CMS and SDS

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be computer literate
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Dedicated team player
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, flexible and positive when adjusting to change
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
